Process: n. pl. proc·ess·es (prssz, prss-, prs-sz, prs-)
1. A series of actions, changes, or functions bringing about a result.
The boundaries of self-portraiture and identity are intriguing areas to me. I am interested in what a self-portrait can expose to not only the viewer, but the artist as well. At times I believe my work thrives in the process more than the outcome. Using minimal props and costumes I can alter my persona and become a skewed version of myself. I have a tool that can create fantasy and brutal truth all in the same moment.
